Enchanted dolls by Marina Bychkova

Since I’ve left childhood (some would find that debatable, but in any case), I’d lost my fascination with dolls.  Specially the barbie and her gazillion replicas.  God, I hate barbies.  Anyway, it was quite a pleasant surprise to encounter these enchanted dolls.  And I do find them enchanting.  They look lifeless in a very beautiful, frou frou way.  I am now trying to convert my niece to prefer them over aforementioned frivolous barbies, but she keeps asking me why most of them have no clothes and filled with tattoos on their bodies.  sigh.
