Noam Chomsky: The Unipolar moment and the culture of imperialism

Filed under: Uncategorized — Tags: — thelabyrinthine @ 5:51 pm

I attended a lecture by Noam Chomsky (@Columbia University)!

I went two hours early, and had to stand at the end of a line that stretched from the Auditorium door through the hallways, to the 9th floor stairs.

I was so afraid I wouldn’t get in, but I did, and what’s more I even got a seat! =]  There was a mob of people outside who didn’t make it in and almost caused a riot, poor dears.
